I'm a UX Designer based in Washington, specializing in crafting user-centered solutions that balance strong functionality with clean, simple visuals. My approach centers on empathizing deeply with users to understand their needs, and translating those insights into intuitive and effective designs.

UX/UI Designer (Contract) | Comcast [Nov. 2021 - Nov. 2024]

  • Led the end-to-end redesign of Xfinity's Entertainment Management interface, resulting in a 2% increase in conversion rates and attracting 130k new customers in 2023. Spearheaded the project from initial user research to high-fidelity mockups, launching Xfinity's first TV streaming sales service.

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including art directors, senior designers, product managers, and engineers, to tackle agile challenges and launch Comcast’s new prepaid 'NOW' online shopping experience in 2024. As the design lead for the agent-facing experience, I focused on user research, wireframing, and prototyping, ultimately increasing agent satisfaction and delivering a seamless, user-centered product.
